Here, we present a variant of Retro Curry and a variant on Tadashi's lamb curry. Interesting substitutions include beer, tears, and dancing time.
Ingredients:

- 1.5 lbs potatoes, not peeled, chopped bite sized
- 1 apple, grated
- 1 lb lamb meat, cubed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp hot madras curry powder
For the chicken curry
- 1 lb chopped chicken
