Curry in a Hurry

Danny and Saee take on Japanese curry.

Here, we present a variant of Retro Curry and a variant on Tadashi's lamb curry. Interesting substitutions include beer, tears, and dancing time.

Ingredients:

    **For the lamb curry:**
    • 1 kg
    • 2 stalks celery, sliced thinly
    • 1.5 lbs potatoes, not peeled, chopped bite sized
    • 1 apple, grated
    • 1 lb lamb meat, cubed
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
    • 2 tbsp hot madras curry powder

    For the chicken curry

    • 1 lb chopped chicken

    First, chop all the things. Like, actually. We ended up putting on swimming goggles when chopping onions. But then they started fogging up. *Yay.* Now dance. Danny doing Dannydance. Necessary for workflow.
